英國著名航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)公司羅爾斯-羅伊斯目前已將速得自動(dòng)吊鉤產(chǎn)品投入其在新加坡的SATU工廠,用于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的組裝和測(cè)試環(huán)節(jié)的吊裝作業(yè)上。
Rolls-Royce is using Elebia automatic hooks during lifting and rigging operations at its Seletar Assembly and Test Unit (SATU) in Singapore, where Trent engines are assembled and tested.
此工廠主要承接客機(jī)大型發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的最后組裝作業(yè),近期在接到交付使用的第二臺(tái)最大工作載荷為10噸的速得自動(dòng)吊鉤后,已在考慮訂購更多的自動(dòng)吊鉤來滿足實(shí)際作業(yè)需要。
The facility, which completes assembly of large engines primarily for aircrafts, has recently taken delivery of its second e10 hook and is already considering placing orders for additional units.
此自動(dòng)吊鉤配合高架橋式起重機(jī),可用于起吊各種模塊化設(shè)備零部件和整體引擎。在組裝作業(yè)過程中,不同的模塊零部件自重介于1噸到2噸之間,組裝后的整體引擎可重達(dá)5噸。此外,很多起吊作業(yè)中也用到了一些在25到50公斤之間的重型工具。
The hooks work with overhead cranes to lift modules and engines. Trent engine modules weigh between 1t and 2t, while a complete engine is 5t. Heavy tooling is also incorporated into many lifts, weighing between 25kg and 50kg.
此工廠配備有先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)線設(shè)施,可實(shí)現(xiàn)Trent900和Trent1000兩種型號(hào)的航空引擎同時(shí)進(jìn)行組裝和測(cè)試作業(yè)。當(dāng)達(dá)到滿負(fù)荷工作狀態(tài)時(shí),此工廠的引擎年產(chǎn)量將達(dá)到250臺(tái)。
The state-of-the-art facility is designed to allow simultaneous assembly and testing of Rolls-Royce Trent 900 and Trent 1000 aero engines. At full capacity SATU can produce up to 250 engines per year.
SATU工廠生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)班Bok Thye Boon講到,速得自動(dòng)吊鉤使用簡(jiǎn)便,而且更重要的是,它使得原本需要生產(chǎn)操作人員親自將引擎零部件甚至是引擎整體掛靠到吊裝設(shè)備上的結(jié)索工作僅通過對(duì)自動(dòng)吊鉤本身的遠(yuǎn)距離安全遙控操作即可完成。以前,在將扇葉罩安裝到引擎核心之上時(shí),我們的起重葫蘆要鎖定達(dá)兩天的時(shí)間,直到引擎可以轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)到水平的位置,F(xiàn)在,有了自動(dòng)吊鉤以后,起重葫蘆可以不受制約地用于其他作業(yè)了。我們尤其欣賞的是,此自動(dòng)吊鉤在吊裝作業(yè)進(jìn)行的過程中還有一項(xiàng)能夠防止吊鉤意外打開的安全防護(hù)功能。
Bok Thye Boon, production leader at Rolls-Royce’s SATU facility, said: “The Elebia hooks are simple to use and keep crane operators and those responsible for rigging at a safe distance when connecting modules and engines to lifting equipment. Previously, when we joined the engine core to the fan case, our crane hoist was locked away for two days until the engine could be rotated to a horizontal position. Now, with the Elebia hook, we can free up the crane hoist for other usage. We particularly like the fail-proof safety features that prevent the hook from opening when a lift is taking place.”
主要負(fù)責(zé)引擎最后組裝工作的Boon解釋道,在使用速得自動(dòng)吊鉤之前,吊裝引擎核心到扇葉罩上需要花費(fèi)4個(gè)小時(shí),然后連接其他引擎零部件和緊固法蘭螺栓的作業(yè)需要40個(gè)小時(shí),之后翻倒整個(gè)引擎還需要4個(gè)小時(shí),F(xiàn)在,引擎核心吊裝到扇葉罩之后,我們只需要用自動(dòng)吊鉤將起重葫蘆從引擎工具上拆下就能進(jìn)行接下來的翻倒作業(yè)。
Boon, who is principally responsible for final engine assembly, explained that prior to using the Elebia hooks, it took four hours to lift the engine core to the fan case, 40 hours to connect other engine parts and tighten the flange bolts before tipping, plus an additional four hours to tip the engine. Now, the engine core is lifted to the fan case and the Elebia hook is used only as required to detach the hoist from the engine tooling and handle the tipping operation.
Boon還補(bǔ)充道,有了自動(dòng)吊鉤,我們可以多出16-20個(gè)小時(shí)的時(shí)間來進(jìn)行其他吊裝作業(yè),否則我們還需要再另外購置一整臺(tái)起重機(jī),這將會(huì)大大增加現(xiàn)有的設(shè)備費(fèi)用支出。
Boon added: “With the Elebia tool, we can free-up 16 to 20 hours additional crane capacity on our current hoist to support other lifting work. We almost purchased another crane to support our factory’s lifting requirements, an investment forecasted to exceed [Singapore] $350,000.”
SATU工廠的工程師最早向Boon提出了使用速得自動(dòng)吊鉤的想法,然后通過和起重機(jī)制造商德瑪格的廣泛研究探討之后,最終將此創(chuàng)新性的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用到了SATU工廠。
SATU engineers first alerted Boon to the Elebia automatic hook concept earlier this year and, further to extensive research and consultation with overhead crane manufacturer, Demag, it introduced the innovation to the facility.
已獲專利認(rèn)可的速得自動(dòng)吊鉤利用電磁工作原理,可以完成鋼質(zhì)吊索具的自動(dòng)定位連接,實(shí)現(xiàn)了結(jié)索作業(yè)的遠(yuǎn)程自動(dòng)化控制操作。目前,速得自動(dòng)吊鉤有5噸、10噸和20噸共三種規(guī)格可以選擇。
The patented Elebia hook is equipped with a magnet that both attracts and positions slings and other rigging gear. In 2010, the e10 was launched before second generation versions followed (the evo5 and evo10) two years later.
